The homes of the Crimean Tatars are being searched in Crimea

In the village Kurskoe in Crimea, the homes of the Crimean Tatars are being searched. This was reported in Facebook by “Crimean solidarity.” Searches are undertaken at four addresses in Kurskoe. In addition, a search was carried out in the village of Kholodovka. Nothing was confiscated from the house, the search was limited to visual inspection only.

He himself was not detained, nothing was confiscated. All five minors are suspected for removing the Russian flag from the village council of Kurskoe and burning it in the end of June 2018. “

As the “Crimean solidarity” writes, searches are connected with the criminal case of the desecration of the Russian flag (art. 329 CC). In May, minors residing in homes where searches are conducted, removed the flags of the Russian Federation from the administrative building of the village council and threw them out. Employees of the Center for Combating Extremism have identified all the participants in the incident, they have already testified.
